I can understand how yoh must be feeling, but it happens at times when parents forgets the birthdate but that doesn’t mean they don’t love you.
Why don’t you go to them and tell them about your birthday?

You're not worthless and your parents love you that is all you need to know. sometimes there are two sides of a story. confront and ask them in a friendly way the reason they forgot your birthday. My parents forgot my birthday too and my dad lost his job the next day so I figured he was stressed out due to work. I hope you well💕

Happy birthday:) i can relate you situation with that of mine. I know sometime people forget but that doesnt mean they always and if they always forgot then just ignore.
