im trying but it seems so futile because I always end up feeling so down because i have a lot on my plate, my responsibilities towards my family and work. i have to provide them with everything to the point that nothing's left of me. and damn, i am so tired, in my heart i want to just runaway and escape but my mind says to stay because my family needs me. staying alive is so hard.

What you are doing is very appreciative. I can understand we all want sometime for ourselves.
I think you should take a break for sometime. I am sure your family will understand because you have been working selflessly for them. Talk to them, tell them how you feel and you want some time and space .
