No, it isn't justified at all to be rude. Also, if you were loud try to apologize and whenever you feel there is some kind of misunderstanding between you guys, try to talk it out.

give some time to him also dear. He may be occupied with his work. Call on weekends in case you both are not living together and have casual conversations. Also, try to understand his situations or difficulties at work.
