The good thing is you have acknowledged your problem. You should try by walking away from situations that make you angry and reply only when things have calmed down

i try to .....i have deleted all my socialmedia accounts phone always on airplane mode .....i dont let myself talk to anyone b3 ause i know if i did i will sah something inappropriate....its not in my control now i just hate myself....and thwre are moments when i want to kill myself for being soo horrible
