You need a schedule and sticking to it. Reward yourself with small brakes once you have achieved your daily tasks. How long has this been going on?

a year or so...
i end up blocking my bf at times to avoid distraction and then i regret blocking him and go back to him...
my studies are important but he being in defence,
i worry about him alot and cant cut off from him no matter how hard i try...
this has negatively impacted bothy relation and studies

I see, i am sure, you must always be anxious, but it’s his job. You need to accept it. You can stay in touch with him once or twice in a day, but not all the time.
That’s why I am asking you to make a list of priority for yourself.
