u can try use sandalwood paste it worked for me in my teenage yrs..btw try to feel confident with acne also..its a part of us..its normal to go through during puberty..Noone is perfect..breathe.

It will never entirely go away. Severity may decrease with time though. DO NOT try remedies from the net. Everybody has different skin and requires expert advice. Visit a dermatologist. They'll prescribe clindamycin gels with other formulations depending on the type of acne, and probably even a face wash, or oral retinoids if the severity is high.
