First of all I want you to take a deep breath and calm down. Whats done is done and it cannot be changed. Its best you accept that. Yes a lot of times people dont respect our choices and go against our wishes. It is very horrifying I understand. But just looking back wont help. Its best you try to look further. Strenghten yourself and your ability to say no so nobody can take anything from you that you dont wish to give. It was just a bad dream. See it like that. Focus on other things. Take a good shower. Change into your comfortable clothes. Watch your favourite show. Eat your favourite meal. Spend time with you friends family. These small steps will help you heal and take your mind away from negative thoughts.
