it's good time to practice meditation ,if you practice even 10 minutes a day can lessen your anger frustration irritation etc you can give it a try

I tried to be physically active but I just can't get the motivation. And as for the thoughts, it's very hard for me to inculcate positive thoughts in this lockdown. nothing makes me happy. not even movies, animes, novels, tried everything to keep myself busy. But thanks for your concern

If there would have been no lockdown, then i would have attended classes, go out in weekends, played games, study. usual stuff of a college student

then gradually u can start meditation once your mind get settled.
