baby this is one thing that never stops like ever. we always worry about what others think and what people say will always affect you. the only way forward is you deciding whether what they say defines you or not. it should be what you think of yourself more than others. I can't say it's easy but it is a process of you learning to appreciate yourself no matter what others think

you should love yourself... we are living in a society which judge as for no reason... just remember one thing you appearance or what ever that's you and that make you.. and avoid there judgement and no one is born complete.. maximum avoid contact with this kind of people and focus on yourself and move with your true self
