give yourself a little break think about how's your life going listen to your favorite song or just take a nap then you start studying for a short time like 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes it may reduce your overthinking it work for me

write down ur thoughts, if they can cleared practically clear them one by one.. pending or unclear things always bother unless they are cleared
