I can relate to your situation very well, I too feel like am giving too much so I took a pace back and let things progress with time. I 'll admit it is very hard so I raise my concerns with my bf and he assured me, but as a girl I know if actions don't match your words then it's not your best shot. So I gave it my best like you did but we can't force someone to love us, so let it play out, set your timeline like for e.g I tried the no contact, and the result hurts, I tried the only seen texts and it still hurts so I now I follow my heart, I will trust my heart when it chooses to stay or let go. yes, balance u say, sometimes we love too much that it can be overbearing try raising your concerns, give breathing space and take time to enjoy without your partner. relationships is a challenge both parties fight but if u feel overwhelmed then trust your gut always.
