Try to shrug these thoughts and keep yourself occupied.

seems like a case of intrusive thoughts, and it usually stems from the obsession of being a good person. What does this mean? it means, at least to my understanding, that you go far and beyond to be a good, kind and considerate person...this doesn't mean that you're acting, you truly are good...therefore, your brain often come up with the most vile, messed up scenarios you could do, as it overworks itself to achieve your goal...so you'll imagine doing several messed up things that you'll never seriously consider like rape, murder, incest etc...I do understand what you're going through. Why? because I'm going through it myself...for years actually. If you want, I can help you out! we can talk somewhere private, and you'll tell me those intrusive thoughts...the more we talked about them, the more you'll be revolted by them and realize that you were just confused and scared.
