Guilt of an event

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Anxiety

I did nude sex video call without face with an anonymous person on ig. Now we r not in touch. I deleted my account. But suddenly I started feeling guilty for what I did. I hate myself and feel dirty for wht I did. And I can't get over from this guilt. Somebody pls console me. I can't talk about this with anyone else.

What has happened cannot be changed. On an encouraging note, your face wasn't in it. All you can do is try to forget it. Just learn from this and don't repeat it in future. He probably won't even remember you. You cannot change what you did. Don't spoil your time moping about it! And don't hate yourself. Just let it go
