It’s going to be a process. You’ll hve to reduce the number of times you view porn. Don’t be negative as your life is precious

Hey! Thanks for reaching ou. I can understand that you must be feeling guilty about it and finding it difficult to manage, but trust me we can come out of it. Can you try to limit your screen time?
