Hey. When you re pregnant it is important to take care of your food, body and mind. It is a bit crazy time because of covid,so it is definetly important to take care of yourself. It is also good to read a book about pregnancy and to talk about feelings. She need to find a sport that suits her: it can be walking in nature, yoga or something else. It is to her what she prefers. Also it is good for her to find company of new moms or pregnant ladies,so they can share tips to each other.
