guilty about anger outburst on someone

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

Mam/Sir if someone does bad to me and i yelled at her n told her that she has not done right n said that she will pay for what she had done . N now im feeling bad that should not hv done this to her i shud hv make her repent. Im feeling bad that i shud not had said so to her.

Hi ginger. Keep your needs first before others is not something you have to be guilty about. You told her that she is not right only because you value yourself more and don't want to hurt yourself. You don't have feel bad or guilty about it.
