right now I'm just in alot of pain mentally and physically. 2 guy I liked irl said "I hate to be a d$&# but.." "it's not you it's me..." within the same week. and physically I'm having the worst cramps.

Why, what exactly happened? Try to relax a bit, have you tried consulting a doctor for your physical pain?

yea but my cramps are always like this. and 1 crush is heartbroken band the other is religious

seriously within 6 days I had 2 guys just block me 2 stood me up and blovked me and the two crushes said that shit then blocked me

I know how must be feeling. You definitely don’t deserve to be treated like this. Don’t lower your standards. Set a boundary for yourself, don’t let any one over step it. Acknowledge your worth. Are you taking any medicine for your cramps?
