In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

honestly , here in this app . i know it's all where people can share their things about anxiety and depression . but every time i get a notification or something from this app it's always about something someone is depressed or someone is feeling like suicide . there is nothing wrong in that . but even if i am in happy mood . as soon i read someone is not good it always spoils . the user of this app is always like reading only negative . i suggest instead of sharing some sad thing we all can share some positive things so that all can feel lifted up
