i tried to share my abuse story with one of friend and my friend told me that its a simple thing and i am just overconcerning about it and that person whom harmed was 20 years old at that time so my friend said its just him hormones make him do that so how i can share with anyone they cannot understand what i am going through these bad thoughts and memories are killing me

Any inappropriate action that made you feel uncomfortable was wrong. It clearly was abuse, his actions can never be justified, don't blame yourself for it.
