I am still a teenager and I am 14 and I have research about mental illness.i have taken the test online .i am not doing good these days.i can't concentrate on my studies.and I just keep sleeping.

Taking online tests isn’t feasible. If you feel you have been going through something you should get yourself checked with a dr.
Otherwise you will have to bring routine in life.
