i don't feel I'm suffering from alexithymia and trust me it sucks . You might think now that not feeling anything would be great but it is temporary feeling think of the time you have been happy think of the memories you made with your friends think of the efforts your parents did for you think of the time you spent with your loved ones . it feels great to remember it all right ? it feels great to feel right?

yes a countless times...... but brain won't stop feeling.... so I just thought that lets think about good times I had.... and have a little happy hormones swimming in me

everybody thinks the same.. but we have to accept the truth.. whatever we had is enough, it might be great tomorrow.. don't lose hope.. something best ll happen so that u won't think like this in future
