hi..everyone my name is anil age 26..from the last 3 days im facing fast heartbeat rate my heart is punding so fast i feel so uncomfortable right now how can i free from such thing..due to covid19 im very unlucky to visit a physician please sugges me over the counter medicine..i dont have any health issues like cardiovascular disease this is my first time...i dont know how to explain)):

Hey Anil, Hope you’re doing fine. Go for a tele consultation with a doctor, it might be cause of Anxiety also but don’t guess and rule it out
