hey! I know how you must be feeling really bad about it. Our own parents at times get suspicious about us.
But this shouldn't change the outlook that you have, you can trust people if you want.
It's okay to set boundaries though like you will not trust anyone blindly but not trusting anyone will always keep you anxious about people's next move.
