Hey! I can understand it must be difficult to cope with. But you should actually try to talk to your father, he is really stressed that is why he has been yelling more and everything. He needs support right now. You should assure him that all of you are trying in the best way possible and do ask him how you all can be of help. Tell him that this behavior is only making things difficult. You would want things to be pretty normal and manageable so that when everyone is at home you all can spend quality time with each other. This also works as a stress buster.

I know but he's not much of a talker and when I do try, he starts getting irritated and says mean things to stop me from talking and it ends up hurting me a lot. I am so confused what should I do, when I talk and share he says mind your own bussiness and goes away
