I called my cousin which is a doctor, and told her about my symptoms (i don't have any sense of smell and taste) but i don't have fever,i also don't have cough. All she said is i just need to take vitamins and rest.

I think you should get tested. Having no smell and taste is a HUGE symptom! Immediately get tested and follow the epidemiological measures.
