I have been struggling a lot these past few days. I recovered from Covid (I had a mild case) and I am convinced I have some serious illness, even though I have no serious symptoms. I keep googling different illnesses and it sticks in my mind that I have that. I keep hyperventilating which is the reason I think I am burping a lot but i feel I have some serious illness, having tension type headache, makes me think I have a brain tumour. Anyone has any suggestions which can make me feel better?
