hi , I have been caught up in a toxic relationship and I finally had the courage to walk away today 😭I just need someone to talk too I have no friends and no one too share with . So we have been dating for 4 years and I am 19 now . He never let me talk to boys or had friend's. So hes toxic energy gave off on me I started to be like him and it's been going so for years now .Now I have let go i feel so alone he has everyone still and now I have no one ,I was there when his family wasn't there for him but now I am left in the dark this is driving me crazy besides everything that happened I loved him so but I came to realisation it's not what i want in a relationship nor in a person . There's so many stories I have too share still .I need someone to be there for me 😭😭

Just keep in mind how awful it was to be with him, you will realise what good you are doing to yourself, i am stuck in this infinte loop of feeling insecure, not having friends, not feeling good enough, always vulnerable, i get where you come from, and i am soo proud of you.

thank you guys so much I am here for you as well .I hate the thought of going to see him with someone else 😭I have been crying alot today .I went back to him everytime it's my own fault as well cuss I kept on forgiving . he's family didn't like me and everytime I had to feel sorry for myself went they mean to me . what sucks is the fact that he lives near me so I see him everyday it's killing me I love him so much but I can't live like this anymore

I too just had a conversation with my bf, he said he was done with me, i infuriate him, and then broke up, said he don't want to continue this relationship.

They make you feel so, so manipulative beings, they will make themselves your world, and behave as it's your fault you made him your world.

Exactly, they literally take our life's from us, i spend everyday thinking maybe I was a fault, maybe I am wrong, maybe I should tackle situations in a better way, but then again, some way or the other, it's my fault.

you know me and my bf saw each other literally everyday for 4 years and when we didn't see each other maybe for a day or two was because of work . it was just us how must I now move forward alone , and he's already out partying and we broke up just yesterday like it meant nothing to him

first have ur self love, understand urself clearly, after try to understand others. we'll give ourselves to our loved ones, if his presence makes feel bad, then try to move somewhere as soon. have self-love, get ourself busy, set ut goals. if we have our self respect first, then person wont disrspect us or leave us

True love never goes toxic at anytime. There should be some reason, first understand urself, then find that reason and then do what feels good for you. Acceptance is the cruel one, we had in our mind that will kill us everyday. If understood what i told, try to do it. You are not alone...

That true, in the beginning it was the same, constant fear of him leaving me, abusing me, I knew it already, but i was so head over heels in love that I ignored everything, but now it chokes me.
