I live daily a fear from the panics that may come so I feel that I am not at all in a good mood and my heart is beating fast

I would suggest you get an appointment with a psychiatrist regarding your issue. Because suffering from panic attacks frequently without any known reason might be something big like a panic disorder. If you can't get an appointment with a psychiatrist and you have a panic attack, keep one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach, take deep breaths till your heart rate gets normal.

Just keep one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest, and then take deep breaths, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Calm down check your vitamins if you have any deficiency. If yes buy supplements that supports the vitamins. Secondly eat healthy. Cut social media cut everything gaming, Your phone anything that has to do with online. Dont take medicine. It eases axienty but dont solve it. Exercise daily 1hr a day do cardio or kickboxing. This cured my hardcore panicking axienty
