Yes dear @farshy756 because of a sad story in my life..it started in 2010 and till now still facing panics
So when you think about that bad time, you end up having a panic attack.
Now even if I dont think about it I have panics from time to another ..it looks like the panics are living in my body😔
How frequently did you experience these panic attacks ?
I live daily a fear from the panics that may come so I feel that I am not at all in a good mood and my heart is beating fast
I would suggest you get an appointment with a psychiatrist regarding your issue. Because suffering from panic attacks frequently without any known reason might be something big like a panic disorder. If you can't get an appointment with a psychiatrist and you have a panic attack, keep one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach, take deep breaths till your heart rate gets normal.
and i am suffering from these attacks now! is there anyone who overcome this ,can put on some advice for panic attacks
Just keep one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest, and then take deep breaths, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
