Guys It's my first post here. I don't know what I want to talk about, but I know nothing is good with me. I don't know what is stress or anxiety or depression.....whatever. Now the fact is - mujhe yaad bhi nhi h m last time kb khush thi . Kisi vakt jo things mujhe khushi deti thi, aaj mujhe unse nafarat hoti h. Kabhi m ek very strong &confident girl thi or ab m hr ek chhoti si cheej se dar jati hu .Kai baar to mujhe khud bhi yakeen nhi hota ki vakai ye sb mere sath ho rha h. I really need help...
