hey , ik this is so tough u might get embarassed easily and when u try to explain people might say just go and talk and that's not easy we all know that . stop comparing urself we hear it a lot of times but still we do yeah we need to start living ourselves but for that u need to do it urself I can help u for that : u can start by seeing your outfit if u look at yourself and feel confident because u think u look good it's the first step to confidence not because someone else said that's in trend but because you feel good I told u this because u felt ugly which I do often . u can start talking to people who u think are understanding who would make u love yourself and then ull be able to talk to people who make u feel ugly . ur beautiful
