hello me my bf is not ready for marriage

i can't understand my relationship...one day i am happy sand positive next day i am sad ... my bf is like depressed aap the time and i have the responsibility to keep him happy..... he is not settled in life and thus has so much money and career issues... then he says he is not ready for marriage till he gets settled.... i don't know... if a person really wanna get married then he should work for it but my bf has no spark to get settled soon and get married... he is like wasting all the time .... and den he loves me the most so i can't leave him... i can just wait for him

yes he wants to marry me... infact he already treats me like his wife ... he is very loving and caring... but see thing is people who wana marry someone officially do a lot of hard work for spouse.... i just feel my bf is now used to live a stress free life... he doesn't do hard work of that level to get a job and settle down ... and if i fight for this then he gets upset with me that i am pressurizing him for marriage... he says he is not ready mentally
