I wish I could hug you rn ok it's tough but it's okay the past is a part of your life u can't leave it but let it be a memory a bad memory don't let youself hurt by your past and don't let the good people leave because of not letting go of your past m you deserve better and you will always babe

Maybe because you have been hurt so bad. But try to give yourself a chance and practice positive affirmations like you are not going to let any bad memory affect your present. Your present in your full control and you will focus only on that.
