I am in depression from past three years and now it increases in such a way that I want to commit sucide can someone help me please I need help 😢

three years from now all of sudden I started feeling low lack of interest in things which I love doing my mother kept weeping because of my elder brother months passed I went to see a doctor or counselor they told I am suffering from seviour depression days passed I remain in my room all lights closed thinking of sucide I used to be a very bright student but now my studies pressurize me I kept weeping all day long in down mood feeling sick and tired of my life doctor also said that I am suffering  from did dissociative identity disorder don't know what should I do to end this pain

I can sense the your feeling right now. I'm too right now suffering from this( thing lossing from every thing), these thoughts of hurting myself, I too suffered from them . I was feeling I have no one there with whom I can share problems. but think I know that , this isn't I suppose to live like. so i shared this problem with random person and he said you are not alone who is suffering from this . too much negativity arround us affect our thoughts .

if your want to solve your problem you have to work on yourself. when you wake up, wake up with positive thoughts. write one good thing about yourself. listen to morning affirmations they will make you feel better. stay away from every possible negative thought, news and every thing that bring negativity into you.
