take a deep breath and let the tension go. like fr one day at a time. listen to song, watch funny and it's okay if you dont feel comfortable sleeping yet, watch something on youtube till you sleep or listen to bedtime stories *helps me alot*

Just let them come, accept them calmly, they have no power to change anything in your personality and your life, they are just automatic and have no power. Think of the beautiful and valuable things you have done or the things you can do. You are stronger than you think, just calm down, everything is fine.
