crying is something, a emotion, which overflows whenever u can't hold anymore inside.  I say dont force it. Whenever u feel like it's too much Crying will help you to relieve. and it happens on it own. and it's good if it happens on its own. Crying is not a help for you to run away from ur sucidal thought. Crying is a relief or expressing emotion as a sudden reaction. It won't make ur mental health better. I suggest talking to somebody is very helpful. trust me, talking can make u cry and let your emotions out. Please take care.
