First things first! Chant the holy word 'Om' you will find videos on YouTube as well.. it's typically a breathing excercise but better than normal boring breathings .... say first ward as you inhale air in thru mouth and then exhale thru nose by saying last word... Ooooooooo(inhale thru mouth) mmmmmmm(exhale thru nose) this will give you instant relaxed heart beats and a better control over anger and brain by just chatting this 4~5 times..
