my elder brother commit sucide 3 years back suffering from clinical depression from then I cut my hand regularly to see my blood and lots and lots more of this

it going verse and verse every single day I tried everyday seeing a doctor meditation get busy in our my work but nothing works for me

but what is the exact thing that you are going through

have you tried any sports? I lost a brother too but he died over natural causes and I know it's hard but he is in a better place now you have to keep telling yourself that and what good are you going to do to the people who loves you if you commit suicide? Did you feel fine after your brother and did they feel fine? everything that you went through with them they are gonna have to face it all over again and you know it was hard on them. Don't let them lose you too. It's not worth it. what ever you are going through it's gonna get better believe me please. Don't think about that stuff.
