he has some financial problems he is a trainer in a gym and he lives with 8 members in his family he wants a part time job suitable for him but i don't know how to help him

and he tried to commit suicide recently I just can't see him like this

Ask.him to change a job or get a bettter opportunity ... and if he is need of money right now so help.him...

he owns that gym in a partnership he can't leave that and plus he is not so educated to have a good job

get a loan if possible..

he took 4lakhs already in loan for his family

no cz he got married recently and he lives in a rented house he didn't even spent money on his marriage day

three sisters and their children he needs to take care of them and his mother is aged so her medications and all he takes care of all of that

plus he is a body builder he needs to maintain his body so he needs money for that too

alright but if u can't help him financial then don't take stress on urself because situation isn't under your control and u also wants to help but u can't...

i understand. just be there for the friend. let them know they can share themselves without being judged or misheard, they have a voice, a safe space to be themselves, their true selves. If they don't talk, give them space, sit with them, make the atmosphere comfortable while keeping them jn mind and just let them do what they are doing, even if it means they don't respond immediately or at all initially for days. key is your emotional awareness, if you are aware, you can somewhat try to understand their side of the story.
