Helplessness

Feelings of hopelessness won't go away. I'm trying my best not to think negatively, but in the end of the day... all I wanna do is commit suicide. I'm a bipolar patient suffering for the past 5 years. I just wish there was relief for all this pain. I am a burden to my parents and the people around me...

first, U have to delete that thought in ur mind that you are burden. you can never be burden to parents. may be you are not doing well in ur study or work, that may create negativity but it's just one part of life. fill negativity with some positive thought or hobbies that may help. and why to think too much when most of things r not in our hand.

she is like 60 now. she is tired everyday and i Don't want to disturb her peace of mind. but when i do try to talk with her she gets tired of me easily and lashes sometimes.

it's happen and many a time people normalize it. they stop showing U that they care so that U can make it by yourself. but ultimately our parents love us more than anyone else. they want you to be more strong. and I think, try stop thinking what happen.. whtever happen will happen.

mmm that won't help...ik it causes problems to adapt ur mood and feel confident in the senerio u are in....u should be venting out ur thoughts...u have to love yourself....u r there for yourself in every case but I think that won't help...u need a person to talk about these things daily
