I am sure you are not this person that you think of. You are a kind and amazing human. Try to acknowledge yourself- what exactly are your strengths, what is your personality like and try to connect with yourself first. It will give you an insight that your opinion, existence and YOU matter. Practice appreciation and gratitude.
