Hey, you can always start slow, plan for a week , stick throught it and the cycle continues. there are many Instagram influencers who are giving study plans. choose 1 which you might think you like. and get into the stuff. the only tip is- face the book, open book for 30 minutes everyday and your life gets easier and better. I'm a medical graduate, and used to be like you. now I regret wasting all the time, and not prepping for what I really wanted. you may think you have all the time, but not, first realise that. you have time for everything in a day, so does for the study. so study daily and that's the only key

i would like to ask u a question...why have u chosen medicine... obviously i know the answer...u have already told it...u and all other medicos want to be the best of their field...create big hospitals...treat the poor...etc etc...and this should be our ultimate goal...during the hectic classes and postings..we usually forget it ...this goal of our many a times is lost under the burden of heavy books....one solution is if we throw these books and get ourself free...and choose those study materials which we can easily cover

i am hoping u are indian...so for u...i would suggest u to take help of marrow or any other app....u can find its notes from telegram....u will easily pass University exams....baaki 3rd proff subjects are quite easy...no need to take stess....
