hi.. am addicted to Vicks inhaler....since 1 yr or more I'm using this...last 4 months i discontinued but in my mind I just want to inhale it..and yesterday I bought 1 after 4 months..i couldn't resist myself...what should I do.. please help .I know the consequences.but i couldn't resist from taking it

    ahhh...it's kinda same with my mom...she is on next level ...she stick one in her nostrils... ....but she completely stopped using it for 5-6 years.....and used menthoplus instead....of inhaler.....you can try that too it may work

    The same is with me and Otrivin nasal spray. it's very difficult to go to sleep without it. I am trying to sleep without it since last week. At first it is uncomfortable but, things do get better everyday
