You need to sitback and realize what stops yoh from deciding - is it the fogginess and lack of clarity, is it certain fear, is it because you don't know what is right or wrong for you. After knowing what stops you, you can begin healing in a certain way. For example : if that is fear, just tell yourself you are going to lose it anyways if you don't even try. If it is fogginess, tell yourself this is all delusional, I am better than this. If nothing seems to work, please seek some professional help.

First of all don't panic about you can't take the decision right now. It's okay everybody has gone through such a phase i some point of our life. First of all just chill for some time don't think about our problems and be calm. After you get a calm mind think about your problem. When you get calm you will get a clear idea about what you want in your life and take the decision accordingly.
