no need of it..... remember nothing is permanent ...the phase u re going through too will change ...just try to be calm and happy as much u can .. no need to force urself for anything ...I know it's to be stable now ..but just avoid overthinking ..Bcz it increases ur anxiety level and ends with these suicidal thoughts .....

hey damn down, I know how it feels I'm going through the same, but things will get better, think about the life you always wanted to live, maybe right now you cant live life like you dreamed but soon you'll be able to. don't lose hope, things will get better!

I'm in ur community. I feel that everyday too. I also pray that somehow if I sleep today I don't want a tomorrow. I know it better ur situation. I don't know what ur going through but It's gotta be alright. Atleast, you are smart enough to think of ur family. Some stupids just die by suicide, not thinking of their family. We're here for some reason. Let's pray that whatever ur going through should/will pass. U would definitely be alright. I can just comfort u from here, u need to make urslf understand. Don't just don't do anything stupid 🙂 Tbh, two months back I also was at the same stage. I even was searching for phenol so that I could consume and die. But I just came back to my senses. It was the stupidest thought. Make yourself happy, remember when u enjoyed ur life without all this nonsense in life. Whatever it is just fight 🙂 Maybe, this is something which I would needing in future days.

Even I think of the same thing sometime. but later I find a lot of reasons to leave, like family . I understand your situation we can avoid such thinkings by avoiding overthinking. If possible take break. Go on a short vacation. we live for others like family, kids, friends and forget ourselves. Live some time for yourself. Do what you wanted to do in your childhood. Stay strong and stay happy pal .
