hopelessness towards life

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I feel depressed in each and every night. I can't sleep,i can't live my life its really very Hard to live. I just hate my smile because of giving fake smile in public.. I need to escape from my life..I have nothing.. my mom leaves me in orphanage home.. it's starts from there, I lost everything.i wish I wanna die.but I don't know how.. nobody is there for me.. even to hear my pains

You're not alone ❤️ everyone is going through some pain you can't die coz there no one for you and I can't die coz I don't want to hurt my parents the thing is we just can't die we have to face all these things " If life was so easy then why do God mentioned about paradise?" Be happy Be safe ❤️

Just smile at everything because noone cares if u cry,die or fly high....only u can care for yourself....take care....

How can I smile with is pain easy to advise others. But practically it's not working... according to others I am a bravest girl, strong girl, happiest girlBut in the middle of the night I become the weakest woman in the world I'm tired of pretending to be happy..I have no reason to live my life.. surely Your God is wasting time making me live this life
