if you can afford therapy go to a psychologist and if not try general stuff that uses the extra energy productively like painting or jogging
I can't afford therapy cause I am a minor and I actually love painting but nowadays I can't even focus on that my eating habits are worst than ever I skip meals all the time I can't even sleep due to exams
I can't even sleep in normal days and my parents don't "believe" in mental health
ok how about find a new activity? something you might not be good at or have never done, just like a distraction
