y u have so much anger or remorse or what exactly makes u irritated

did you suppress your emotions before this. bcs suppressing emotions can lead to sudden burst out and these changes happen usually start in ur teenage.

try to lessen ur anger like listening to songs which can make a great effect in ur emotions,make a to do list like today i shld not get angry for unnesccary stuffs or today i shld regulate my anger issues better than yesterday or if u have any stuffs u are disappointed with talk to that person abt it or u can even tell to ur parents and grandparents that u find it difficult to control ur anger and it's not like you hate them. sort it out

take it step by step reward urself i too used to burst out bcs i used to suppress a lot and it got too accumulated that i used to shout at my parents my siblings whenever i see them. i felt bad so i tried to express them my emotions in a different way i voiced out my opinions they started to listen and yeah now it's better. i still have some issues but it's better than what it used to be..Then and there express what u want don't regret later. It won't be good for the other person and it also won't be good for you.

@problemsolvingangel1984 I don't even know, I mean little little things make me irritated, I mean too much of poking, they are always like, 'go to your room study' 'you should study more' 'compare me with others' and say things like 'when I was of you age, I used to do all my housework and balance study too!' and then, my dad and grandfather are soo aggressive and yes i got their genes! and sometimes, they talk too much, they want me to live my life jus' like they say!! it makes me even more irritated!!!

yeah families do that a lot but it is better to listen to these at times so u don't face anymore problems in the future achieve it and show it to them to make them reduce there nagging but times like these u shld also try to start a healthy discussion to know each other's thoughts. understanding is really very important. good luck 👍
