think of yourself as a lion. right now you are feeling like a sheep. this can help you with having confidence. your the lion on the stage and the sheeps are listening. right now ,your looking it at it like your the sheep and they are the lions. but switch that thinking and it will make a whole lot of difference. you will build confidence. tell u a secret? we are our no.1 supporter. we unconsciously react to our thoughts and thinking. so change the way you think. it makes all the difference.

I still have stage fright at times. it's normal. but try to find something that works for u. what could you do or think, or say to yourself that will make u feel more powerful at that moment

for me it's not normal.... 😅 I'll get freez on spot & start panicking............ & this will eventually results in either I get good results or I will messed up everything🤦🏻♀️

my brother's lips used too shake and the papers in his hands... or want to poop. but now he works with difficult people and he had to come out of his shell. he's much better now. you will get better too. you will find a way to get out of your shell. and when u do, u will feel powerful. its okay to mess up too .. have a good laugh about it. you're gonna want those memories when you're older and telling ur story to friends and laughing it off. enjoy the ride

u will be fine... I believe u will. the first one might be a bit uneasy but then it will flow. u will get the hang of it. don't focus on the fear too, focus on the presentation. Goodluck Lion. 😉
