I got fat when i was 10 years old, i was 100kg once, i do intermittent fasting, it's awesome. I take as much protine rich food and avoid heavy calory food.

I will say love and work on your self dear .. I used 2 weigh 100kg and I felt really bad then most family members laughed sometimes I hated going outside but I had to then I started doing exercises with team body project I wasn't perfect yet but I did it so go easy on your self and add fruits water and more protein to ur food and also include exercise u will feel refreshed dear and always love ur self no matter how u looks ... I still weigh a lot right now but I love me now no matter what anyone has to say so love u the way I love you right now have a blessed day and don't 4get to add God in the process dear he is the greatest encourager God bless
