how do I deal with this
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

i have this habit to make imaginary conversation on mind with people regarding topics.... how will they respond how will i talk....i am noticing that is been happening to me way often these days.... like i talked with one of my friend in WhatsApp then after the topic is closed i would again start a imaginary conversation in my head that how it would go....
